These Terms of Service govern your use of saltandfield.com and any purchase you make through it. The site is operated by Salt & Field LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Salt & Field", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the site.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. By placing an order you confirm that you are. We ship to addresses in the United States only.

2. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything done through your account. Tell us at info@saltandfield.com if you believe someone else has access to it. We may suspend or close an account that is being used to break these terms.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe our product as accurately as we can, including the full Supplement Facts panel and the amount of every ingredient in it. Colors and textures can look different on different screens, and the color of a dried plant powder varies a little between harvests. That variation is normal and is not a defect.

We may change the formula, the packaging, or the price at any time. Any change applies to orders placed after it takes effect, never to an order you have already paid for.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a sale is formed when we accept your order and charge your payment method.

We may refuse or cancel an order — including one already confirmed — if the product is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or description, if we suspect fraud, or if the order looks like it is for resale. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

You confirm that the payment method you use is yours and that you are authorized to use it. Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment processors. We do not store your full card details.

5. Subscriptions

If you order on a recurring basis, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule shown at checkout until you cancel. Prices for future shipments are the prices in effect on the day each shipment is charged. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing info@saltandfield.com; cancelling stops future shipments and does not refund one that has already been dispatched.

6. Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. This is a dietary supplement

Daily Greens and Adaptogens is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this site is medical advice, and reading it does not create a clinician relationship. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before you start any supplement, and particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, taking prescription medication, living with a medical condition, or giving a supplement to a child. Read the label before use and check the ingredient list if you have an allergy or an intolerance. Stop using the product and seek medical attention if you have an adverse reaction.

8. Your use of the site

You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, to scrape or copy it at scale, to probe it for vulnerabilities, to impersonate anyone, or to upload anything harmful. We may restrict access to anyone doing any of that.

9. Content you send us

If you send us a review, a photograph, a comment, or a recorded interview, you keep ownership of it and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our business, on the terms described in the policy that applies to it. You confirm that what you send is yours to send and does not break anyone else's rights.

10. Our content

The text, photography, artwork, layout, and code on this site belong to Salt & Field or to its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission. The Salt & Field name and mark may not be used without permission.

11. Third-party links

Where we link to research, sources, or other sites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

12. Warranties

We stand behind the product and the accuracy of the label. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, the site and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they do not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Salt & Field is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of the site or of the product. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Salt & Field against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of the state where you live are not affected by this clause.

16. If part of this fails

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it.

17. Changes

We may update these terms. The updated version takes effect when it is posted here, with a new date at the top. Orders are governed by the terms in effect on the day they are placed.
